A very safe and specific force is applied to joint to restore proper function and mobility which may be done using hands or an Activator. The adjustment may reduce pain, increase movement and improve performance.
Adhesions, spasms, tightness, and trigger points within the muscle and fascia may cause improper biomechanics. Manual therapy using hands or tools may provide patients with relief by restoring proper muscle tension and function.
Chiropractic rehabilitation helps optimize recovery from injuries and reduce the likelihood of relapses. Stretching and strengthening exercise can reduce pain and improve joint mobility, strengthen muscles to improve flexibility for the best outcome.
Taping supports unstable joints while still allowing proper movement and functionality. It can also take pressure off of painful areas and reduce swelling and inflammation, adding more stability and motion.
Hot and cold treatment provide fast and effective relief from pain. Cold treatment reduces inflammation by decreasing blood flow. Heat treatment promotes blood flow and helps muscles relax. Helps with reduction of swelling or stiffness in the joints and speeds up the healing process.
E-stimulation or "E-Stim" produces therapeutic electrical currents directly on the muscles, which in turn promotes muscle stimulation, blood circulation and muscle healing.
